Your role 

You support our team in Switzerland with your enthusiasm for communication and social media. You write social media posts, videos, media releases and website texts for specific target groups with ease and can also use your broad knowledge in paid campaigns. You are interested in cultural transformation in companies and enjoy working on national and international projects for a more inclusive labor market in Switzerland and Europe. As a personality with a wide range of interests, you will contribute your ideas and take on smaller projects independently. In your role, you will work closely with our CEO in Switzerland and our team in Sweden.

Your tasks

• Establishment, support and further development of the social media channels of Mitt Liv (Schweiz) AG

• Writing texts (articles, interviews, media releases) for websites and social media

• Conception and filming of videos for social media

• Planning and implementation of smaller social media campaigns

• Management of smaller projects in the area of cultural transformation and communication

• Project and administration support for workshops, mentoring programs and events

Your qualifications

• First experience in a communications/social media agency or in a communications department of a company

• Preferably enrolled at a Swiss university with a specialization in communication/media

• Team player with strong communication skills and an affinity for social media and video

• Strong service orientation and high self-motivation

• Interest in the topics of cultural transformation and diversity, equity & inclusion

• Open and curious personality with an interest in learning new things and implementing them quickly

• German as a native language and very good English skills

Start: from February 1, 2025 or by arrangement (for one year)
